PRIVACY POLICY
To Daptone, the customer’s security and privacy is of the upmost importance and for that reason we have created the following Privacy Policy. By accessing Daptone’s services and using this website, you accept the policies contained herein. At the bottom of our homepage you will find a link marked Privacy Policy, which will bring you to the latest version of our policy. Like all companies, we collect and store certain personal information related to our customers. However, we solely collect and store personal information for the strict purpose of processing orders that are made on shop.daptonerecords.com. We are not in the business of selling, distributing or providing your personal information with any third parties. Furthermore, we do not retain or store the credit card numbers of our customers.

SECURITY
Do you know what a Secure Sockets Layer or SSL is? When you enter daptonerecords.com, you are accessing the site through a secure SSL (which is why you see “https” in the web address) connection. This is a fancy way of saying that all information submitted to and from daptonerecords.com is encrypted using the current industry standard encryption technology.

MAILING LISTS
In order to keep our customers and fans up to date, we’ve got a mailing list. It is always your option if you would like to subscribe to our mailing list. If you do so, every once in a while you will receive newsletters about our artists, new releases, tours and other activities here at Daptone. If you decide that you would like to unsubscribe, we won’t take it personally. By the way, Daptone will never sell, lend, or distribute your email address to third parties.

RETURNS
Our general policy is to offer returns on most items within 30 days of shipment. Daptone will not accept refunds or exchanges on items 30 days after it has been shipped.

While it is rare, there are unfortunate cases that your items are damaged or defective upon delivery. If this does occur, please do not hesitate to email customerservice@daptonerecords.com to discuss your replacement or refund options.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging to ensure Daptone’s ability to resell that item.
— Any clothing purchased must be unworn and unwashed.
— All Vinyl, Compact Discs, Cassettes, DVDs or other physical merchandise must be unopened and still in the original shrinkwrap.

Additionally, the following will also be deemed non-¬returnable items:
–Gift cards
–Music Downloads
— Only full-priced priced items are subject to return or refunds, therefore sale items may not be returned.

Any time you contact Daptone regarding an item, please include the item name and order number in your email.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)
Daptone will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customerservice@daptonerecords.com and send your item to:
